1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Xscore ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Xscore is a marketplace platform that connects Web3 projects with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on Twitter/X. We provide:
• KOL influence scoring and analytics
• Direct collaboration tools between projects and influencers
• Campaign management and tracking
• NFT-based profile verification
• AI-powered matching services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must:
• Connect your Twitter/X account
• Verify your wallet address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:
• All activities under your account
• Maintaining accurate profile information
• Complying with Twitter/X's terms of service
• Safeguarding your wallet private keys

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:
• Manipulate or artificially inflate engagement metrics
• Create fake accounts or engage in bot activity
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or harass other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

5. NFT Terms

Profile NFTs:
• Are soulbound (non-transferable) tokens
• Represent your verified status on the platform
• Require a minting fee of 0.00001 ETH
• Can be updated to reflect current metrics
• Do not grant any ownership rights in Xscore

6. Non-Custodial Service & Escrow

How Funds are Managed:
• No Custody: Xscore never takes possession of your funds
• Smart Contract Escrow: Campaign budgets are locked in autonomous smart contracts on the Solana blockchain
• No Platform Access: Xscore cannot access, withdraw, or control escrowed funds
• Automated Release: Funds are released automatically when campaign conditions are met, executed entirely on-chain
• Blockchain Security: All transactions are transparent and verifiable on the Solana blockchain

Your Responsibility:
• You maintain full control of your wallet and private keys
• Smart contract interactions are irreversible once confirmed
• Ensure you understand blockchain transactions before proceeding

Platform Role: Xscore acts solely as a technical interface to interact with decentralized smart contracts. We provide the tools, but we never hold your assets.

7. Fees and Payments

Platform Fees:
• Account verification: One-time fee
• Marketplace transactions: Service fee on completed campaigns (deducted by smart contract)
• Quest platform: Subscription-based access

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Platform fees are automatically calculated and deducted by the smart contract during fund distribution.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform Content: All Xscore branding, features, and content are owned by us.

User Content: You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to display and analyze your public Twitter/X data for platform functionality.

9. Geographic Restrictions

By using this service, you represent and warrant that:
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any restricted jurisdiction
• You will not access the service while located in a restricted jurisdiction
• You comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to implement technical measures to prevent access from restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to IP address blocking.

10. Disclaimers

• Xscore metrics are algorithmic estimates and not guarantees of performance
• We are not responsible for failed campaigns or disputes between users
• Platform availability may be interrupted for maintenance
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• We do not endorse any specific KOL or project
• Smart contracts are autonomous and immutable once deployed
• Xscore has no ability to reverse, modify, or intervene in smart contract operations

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xscore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xscore from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, though blockchain records remain permanent.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Xscore is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
